Position Title: SEO & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager
Location: Hybrid – Must be based in Irvine, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Employee
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 annually
Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven SEO & CRO Manager to join our marketing team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for improving organic search visibility and maximizing website conversion performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SEO best practices and conversion optimization tactics.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve search rankings.

Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits; identify and resolve performance and crawlability issues.

Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Monitor and analyze site performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and heatmaps.

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO and CRO best practices are implemented across all digital touchpoints.

Stay current with SEO and CRO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience in SEO and conversion rate optimization.

Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.) and web analytics platforms.

Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or VWO.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
