Job Description
We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns with the goal of achieving measurable results. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to develop strategies, analyze performance, and maximize return on investment (ROI) from digital advertising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.) to generate traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword analysis to identify opportunities for improved targeting and performance.
- Strategy Development: Create and execute data-driven paid search strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Bid Optimization: Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to improve ad performance while staying within budget.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS) and prepare regular performance reports.
- A/B Testing: Conduct tests on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Ad Copywriting: Develop compelling, high-converting ad copy tailored to target audiences.
- Remarketing: Set up and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential customers.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with content and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage ad spend effectively for optimal results.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on new Google Ads features, tools, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Google Ads certification (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and performance tracking tools
- Solid understanding of SEO and how it complements paid media
- Experience with other paid platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is advantageous
- Strong skills in keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
