Key Responsibilities

🌐 Website Management & Optimization

• Develop, install, configure, and manage VIN’s websites to ensure security, usability, and performance.

• Handle DNS management, maintain MySQL databases via cPanel, and perform regular backups.

• Optimize websites for SEO to enhance visibility and user experience.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers to ensure seamless website operations.

📢 Social & Online Media Management

• Develop engaging content and manage VIN’s social media channels.

• Amplify VIN’s mission by creating compelling digital stories and campaigns.

📊 Reporting & Analytics

• Track website performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics.

• Use data analysis to drive strategic decisions and enhance digital effectiveness.

🖥️ IT & Workplace Support

• Manage domain-specific emails via Office 365, ensuring smooth integration with Outlook, printers, Wi-Fi, and MS Office tools.

• Provide technical support to resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.

• At least 3 years of experience in WordPress development and SEO.

✅ Technical Skills:

• Expertise in WordPress, cPanel, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

• Strong knowledge of website optimization, security, and SEO principles.

✅ Language Proficiency:

• English & Nepali: Advanced in speaking, reading, and writing.

✅ Design Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
