• Education: Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university (minimum second division) OR CA with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in banking, including at least 5 years as a Branch Manager, Regional Head, or Corporate Credit Head.
• Must have 2 years of continuous service in at least one position below at a National Level Development Bank.
• Age Requirement: 30 – 45 years (as of the last application date).
• Skills Required: Team Management, Teamwork, Accounting.
• Vehicle License: Not required.
